Guidelines for
Thomas More
College Students
and Staff
While Traveling

Thomas More College students and staff who must travel are advised of the following.

The State Department has imposed serious restrictions on foreign travel for at least the Spring.  Please review the appropriate State Department Travel Advisory Page.

For internal travel within the United States, the College advises that students carefully plot travel routes to avoid areas of congestion and any area deemed problematic.  Please carefully review the CDC Travel page for the United States before making any departure.  Please be sure to avoid any “containment zones” established to date (such as that established in New Rochelle, New York).

The College asks all who are traveling to have in the vehicle with them alcohol sanitizer and, if possible, disposable gloves to minimize exposure at gas stations and rest stops.  Certainly, travelers should remain vigilant about basic hand sanitation.

Thomas More College students and staff are reminded that all handbooks and codes remain in place during the term.  In an age of anxiety, members of Thomas More College should exhibit calm, charity, and prudence.
