Below is a form for submissions to our Communitas Publication. With your submission, please include an image to accompany any life event you wish to share with the community. An example of a life event is a wedding, the birth of a child, an award, or a new job position. Please include any names as you believe they ought to be shown in the publication, any relevant years of graduation, and any other information you believe might help us in the creation.
