Profile

Biography

A native of New Jersey, Cassandra Taylor received her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University in 2011. After graduating, she held a variety of administrative positions by day while coaching color guard on the high school and collegiate levels by night until she married her husband, Michael Taylor, in 2016.

For the first years of their marriage, the Taylors lived in Granada, Spain, that historic city which is home to the Council of Elvira and whose re-conquest by Isabel I in 1492 signified the end of the centuries-long reconquista. Cassandra served as the secretary for the Archdiocese of Granada’s Edith Stein Institute of Philosophy for a time, until the Taylors received the invitation to return home to the East Coast.

In her capacity as Publications Assistant, Cassandra oversees certain aspects of the College’s communications, including the Communitas print newsletter. She enjoys knitting, spinning flags, and seeing new places in her free time.
