Biography
Katherine Yost is choir director of St. Patrick Church in Newport, NH, Mount Royal Academy in Sunapee, NH, and Second Spring, a professional sacred choir. She has a B.A. cum laude from Duke University and did a summer course in seventeenth-century English poetry at Lincoln College, Oxford. She studied organ with Fenner Douglass and Peter Williams at Duke, and sang at Church of the Incarnation, Dallas and Church of the Advent, Boston, where she studied voice with Ellen Hargis and organ with William Porter.
She and her six children are Catholic converts and members of the Ordinariate, and live in New Hampshire.
